Details from my landlord

Applicant Requirements:

  • Income of at least 3x the rent

  • Minimum 650 risk score

  • Must complete application and screening

  • $50 non-refundable application fee (payable to the management company)

Once Approved:

  • New tenant must pay first month’s rent + security deposit

  • Depending on the length of your occupancy, the unit may be repainted or require maintenance/repairs; however, it will ultimately be rented in its current (“as-is”)* condition

    *Apartment is in great condition.
