• Extra large bedroom. Could fit king size bed and have more than enough room left over for desk, dresser, etc.

• Cats are allowed, but unfortunately dogs are not permitted.

• The location is extremely convenient, within walking distance to Penn’s campus and just a short bus ride to Drexel.

• Transportation: A few blocks from the 46th Street Market-Frankford Line.The 21 bus running right outside on Walnut (westbound) and additional access on Chestnut (eastbound) just a block away.

• Apartment comes with an assigned parking spot. If you do not want the parking spot, rent is $1310

• Utilities (electric) ARE NOT included.
